What you can do
Customer accounts
Mark customers as retail or wholesale and add a business name for clinics and other pharmacies.
Sell on account
Choose a customer at checkout. The sale is refused without one, checked on screen and again on the main computer.

Take a payment against a balance at any time. The balance drops straight away.
Who owes the most
The customer list starts with the highest balance first, so follow-ups are easy.
Always-correct balances
A balance is calculated from sales and payments, never typed in. Refunds adjust it, and an overpayment shows as credit.
Repeat-customer discount
Store a percentage per customer and it is suggested at checkout without overriding a discount you already typed.
Held sales remember
