Open the day
The owner or pharmacist opens the day and sales begin. Every counter shows the day’s status.
Sell
Scan or search, switch retail or wholesale, take cash, card or khata, print the receipt with Enter.
Restock
Receive purchase orders in parts. Each delivery becomes a batch with its own expiry date.
Close the day
Count the cash, see over or short, and save the daily report as a PDF.
Getting started
Install
Run the installer. It installs for your Windows user and needs no administrator prompt.
Activate
Enter the license key you received. This needs internet once, then the app works offline.
Set up
Create the owner account, enter your pharmacy details and logo, and choose a printer.
Add stock
Import your medicines from a CSV file or type them into the bulk entry grid, then start selling.
