1. Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Dawood Ahmad, trading as Bin Aziz POS (“we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship in Wah Cantt, Punjab, Pakistan. By creating an account, placing an order or using this website you agree to them, to our Privacy policy and to our Refund & cancellation policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. What we sell
We license the Windows software Bin Aziz Pharmacy POS. You buy a license, not the software itself. Plans:
- Monthly: 30 days of use per payment.
- Annual: 365 days of use per payment.
- One-time: one payment, no expiry date for the version you buy.
- Custom: for several branches or special needs, priced by quote.
Prices and currency (Pakistani rupees) are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. The price on your order is the price you pay. Prices may change for future orders. Features are described on the Features page.
3. Your account
- You must give a real, working e-mail address and correct details. Temporary or throw-away e-mail addresses are not accepted.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- We may suspend or close an account that gives false details, abuses the service, tries to cheat a payment or breaks these terms.
4. Orders and payment
- You can pay online by card, wallet or bank through Safepay, or by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Card details are entered only on Safepay's own page; we never see or store them.
- An order becomes a sale when your payment is confirmed. Then your license key and receipt appear in your account (see section 9 of the Refund policy for timing).
- Nothing renews automatically. We never take a payment again unless you place a new order.
- Prices are those shown at checkout. If we ever show a clearly wrong price, we will tell you before taking the payment, or refund you if it was taken.
5. Using the license
- The license is personal and non-transferable. One license covers one main computer, plus extra counters on the same network as described on the Pricing page. A key is tied to the computer it is activated on.
- To move to a new computer, write to us and we will re-activate your license.
- The software checks your license over the internet from time to time and keeps working for a limited number of days if the connection is down. If your license ends or cannot be verified, the software may stop letting you make sales until it is renewed. Your data is not deleted and you can still keep backups.
- Updates and e-mail support are included while your license is valid.
- The software's own End User License Agreement, shown when you install it and under About → Legal, also applies to the software.
6. What you must not do
Do not share, sell or rent your license key; copy, reverse-engineer or tamper with the software or its license check; use the website to break the law, attack it or collect other people's information; or place orders you do not intend to pay for.
7. Cancellations and refunds
These are set out in the Refund & cancellation policy. In short: unpaid orders can be cancelled any time; monthly plans are not refundable once paid; annual and one-time plans have limited refund exceptions within 7 days.
8. A tool, not advice
The software is a business tool. It does not give medical, pharmaceutical, tax or legal advice and does not replace the judgement of a qualified pharmacist. You are responsible for checking medicines, doses, expiry dates, prices, receipts and anything you must report to an authority. Your pharmacy's records stay on your computer and are your responsibility, including keeping backups.
9. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the website and software reliable, but they are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost sales, lost data or other indirect loss, including loss caused by a failed computer, a power cut, a missing backup or wrong data entered by your staff. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For an order already paid, the terms that applied when you paid continue to apply to it.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please write to us first to resolve any problem (see Complaints & support). A dispute that cannot be settled that way goes to the competent courts of Pakistan.
