Who we are and how to reach us
Bin Aziz POS is a sole proprietorship owned and run by Dawood Ahmad, a registered tax filer, based in Wah Cantt, Punjab, Pakistan. We sell the software Bin Aziz Pharmacy POS and may add other products later. We are an online business and have no public shop or office.

This policy covers this website and your account. What the desktop software keeps and sends is explained in the software's own policy (About → Legal) and on the Security & privacy page. In short, your pharmacy's sales, stock, customer and staff records stay on your own computer and are never sent to us.
1. Visiting the website
This website sets no cookies and has no analytics, advertising or tracking, and loads no scripts, fonts or images from other companies. Like any website, our hosting provider sees technical connection details such as your internet address when you load a page.
2. What we keep when you make an account or order
- Account: your name, e-mail address, optionally your phone number, and a scrambled (salted hash) form of your password. We cannot read your password.
- Orders: the owner name, pharmacy or business name, e-mail, phone, city and address you type into the order form, the plan, price, how you paid and any payment reference you give us.
- Licenses and receipts: your license key, its dates, receipts and payment records.
- Sign-in: a private sign-in token is kept in your own browser (not in a cookie) and a scrambled copy on our server, so you stay signed in.
- Messages: anything you send us by e-mail or WhatsApp, so we can help you.
3. What the desktop software sends us
Only to activate and check your license and to look for updates: your license key, a one-way scrambled code made from your computer's identity (it cannot be turned back into the original), the software version and the time. Our server also sees your internet address, as any server does. Nothing from your pharmacy's records is sent.
4. How we use it
- to create your account and sign you in;
- to process your order, deliver your license and issue receipts;
- to keep your license working and tell you about it (for example password-reset codes, sent by e-mail or, after we check it is you, by phone or WhatsApp);
- to give support and answer complaints;
- to keep accounting and tax records, prevent fraud and protect the service.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
5. Who else handles it
- Safepay processes card, wallet and bank payments. You enter your payment details only on Safepay's page. We receive the result, the amount and a payment reference, never your card number. Safepay's own privacy policy applies to what it collects.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and the database that holds your account, orders and license records.
- An e-mail service (for example Google, where our support mailbox lives) carries the e-mails we send you and receive from you.
- We may share information when the law requires it, or to protect ourselves against fraud or abuse.
We do not give your information to anyone else.
6. How long we keep it
- Account details: for as long as your account exists.
- Orders, payment records and receipts: for 6 years, because we need them for accounting and tax, even after an account is deleted.
- Support messages: for as long as needed to help you, then deleted.
7. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your account. E-mail contactbinaziz@gmail.com from the address on your account. We reply within 2 working days and complete a deletion within 14 days, except for the records we must keep (section 6). You can change your name and phone number yourself under Settings in your account. Deleting your account does not delete anything on your own computer.
8. Security
Passwords are stored only in scrambled form, sign-in tokens only as hashes, and the connection to this website and to our server is encrypted. Please keep your password private. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you we will tell you. To report a security problem, write to us before sharing it publicly.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
